RETURN, CONDITION & AUTHENTICITY POLICY

Effective Date: April 26, 2025

This Return, Condition & Authenticity Policy applies to all purchases made from Luna Beauty Luxe, LLC, whether through our website, live sales platforms, private invoice, or any other sales channel.

1. All Sales Final

All sales are final. Luna Beauty Luxe, LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once a purchase has been completed. This policy applies to all sales regardless of platform, including but not limited to purchases made through our website, Whatnot, TikTok, Instagram, private invoice, or any direct transaction.

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that the sale is final and non-refundable except as expressly provided in this policy.

2. Condition Disclosure – Live Sales

For purchases made through live sale platforms such as Whatnot, TikTok, or Instagram Live, customers are provided the opportunity to view the item in real time, hear condition disclosures, and request additional photos, video, or clarification prior to completing their purchase.

By completing a purchase during a live sale, the buyer acknowledges that they had the opportunity to review the item and accepted its condition as presented.

3. Condition Disclosure – Website Purchases

For purchases made directly through lunabeautyluxe.com or any Luna Beauty Luxe website, customers are responsible for reviewing all photos, descriptions, and condition details provided prior to checkout.

Customers may request additional photos or video by contacting [email protected] before completing their purchase.

Completion of checkout constitutes the buyer’s acknowledgment and acceptance of the item’s condition as presented.

4. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. Signature confirmation may be required for higher value items.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. Luna Beauty Luxe, LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery errors, lost packages, theft after delivery, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Luna Beauty Luxe, LLC will assist customers with filing insurance claims when applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Luna Beauty Luxe, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

5. Shipping Damage

If an item arrives damaged during transit, the customer must notify Luna Beauty Luxe, LLC within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or unboxing video showing the damage and packaging.

Failure to notify Luna Beauty Luxe, LLC within 48 hours may prevent the ability to file an insurance claim.

6. Authenticity Guarantee

Luna Beauty Luxe, LLC guarantees the authenticity of every item sold. We do not sell replicas, counterfeit items, or unauthorized copies.

Many items include third-party authentication, including but not limited to Entrupy certification or authentication by recognized professional services.

7. Authenticity Dispute Procedure

If a buyer believes an item is not authentic, the buyer must provide a written authentication report from one of the following recognized authentication services:

Entrupy
Real Authentication
LegitApp

The authentication report must:

• Be in written or official digital report format
• Clearly reference the exact item purchased
• Be issued by a recognized professional authentication service

Screenshots, opinions, social media comments, forum posts, or informal assessments are not accepted as valid authentication evidence.

If a valid authentication report confirms an item is not authentic, Luna Beauty Luxe, LLC will issue a refund upon return of the item in the same condition in which it was shipped.

8. Security Tag Requirement

Certain items may be shipped with a tamper-proof security tag attached.

The security tag must remain attached and intact for any authenticity review or dispute to be considered.

Removal, alteration, or damage to the security tag constitutes full acceptance of the item’s condition and authenticity. Once the security tag has been removed or altered, the sale is final and no disputes will be accepted.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to contact Luna Beauty Luxe, LLC at [email protected] to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Luna Beauty Luxe, LLC reserves the right to provide transaction records, authentication documentation, product descriptions, condition disclosures, and this policy to payment processors to contest disputes.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution directly with Luna Beauty Luxe, LLC may be considered a violation of this agreement.

10. Agreement to Terms

By completing a purchase through any platform or directly through lunabeautyluxe.com, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Return, Condition & Authenticity Policy.

11. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
