RETURN, CONDITION & AUTHENTICITY POLICY
Effective Date: April 26, 2025
1. All Sales Final
All sales are final regardless of purchase method, including but not limited to Whatnot, TikTok, Instagram Live, private invoice, or direct checkout through our website. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once a purchase is completed.
2. Condition Disclosure – Live Sales
For purchases made through Whatnot, TikTok, or Instagram, customers have the opportunity to view the item in real time, hear the condition disclosed verbally, and request close-ups, photos, or additional description before claiming. By purchasing during a live sale, the customer acknowledges that they were fully informed of the item’s condition prior to checkout.
3. Condition Disclosure – Website Purchases
For purchases made directly through our website, customers are responsible for reviewing all photos and written condition details prior to checkout. Customers may also request additional photos or video by emailing [email protected] before completing the purchase. Completion of website checkout confirms that the customer was satisfied with the condition as presented.
4. Shipping Damage
If a package arrives damaged in transit, the customer must notify Luna Beauty Luxe, LLC within 48 hours of delivery and provide unboxing photos or video so that an insurance claim may be submitted. Claims made after the 48-hour window cannot be accepted.
5. Authenticity Guarantee
Luna Beauty Luxe, LLC guarantees the authenticity of every item we sell. Many items include Entrupy certification or third-party authentication. We do not sell replicas, fakes, or counterfeit items.
6. Authenticity Dispute Procedure
If a buyer believes an item is not authentic, the claim must be supported by a written authentication report from one of the following widely recognized services:

Screenshots, informal opinions, social media comments, or community-based discussions (Facebook groups, Discord, Reddit, etc.) are not accepted as evidence.
If a valid written report proves the item inauthentic, Luna Beauty Luxe, LLC will issue a refund upon return of the item in the same condition in which it was shipped.
7. Security Tag Requirement (For Website & Shipped Orders)
Some items may be shipped with a tamper-proof security tag attached. This tag must remain intact and attached to the item for any authenticity-related review or dispute to be considered.
Removal of the security tag constitutes acceptance of the item’s condition and authenticity.
Once the tag is removed, altered, or cut, the sale is considered fully accepted and final with no further dispute rights.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
