All sales are final. Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to condition, wear, or buyer's remorse. Product Condition

All items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated and may show signs of use. We make every effort to accurately describe and disclose condition. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photos and descriptions and requesting additional information prior to purchase.

Payment & Ownership

All items remain the property of Luna Beauty Luxe until paid in full. For payment plans: deposits are non-refundable, items are reserved once a deposit is received, and failure to complete payments as agreed may result in cancellation without refund of any prior payments.

Shipping

Orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. Luna Beauty Luxe is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier, but will assist in filing claims when applicable. Responsibility transfers to the carrier once the package is accepted for shipment. Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping information.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for reasons related to condition, wear, or disclosed details. Any disputes must be addressed directly with Luna Beauty Luxe. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation, including product listings, condition disclosures, and transaction records.
