Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.


Shipping Methods & Rates

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Flat rate shipping is $18, with each additional item at $8. All shipments include tracking and insurance.


Delivery & Responsibility

Responsibility transfers to the carrier once the package is accepted for shipment. Luna Beauty Luxe is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. Once tracking shows delivered, the order is considered fulfilled. We will assist customers in filing claims for lost or damaged packages when applicable.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to additional shipping fees to re-ship. Luna Beauty Luxe is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Signature Confirmation

For high-value items, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim. Claims will be submitted to the carrier for investigation, and resolution is subject to the carrier's claims process.
