All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Many of our items are pre-loved or one-of-one. We take great care to inspect, describe, and photograph each item accurately before listing. To ensure quality and transparency, we also video each order during the packaging process and archive the footage prior to shipping.

If you believe you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review the case and may offer a resolution at our discretion.
