All sales are final. Luna Beauty Luxe, LLC does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

Many of our items are pre-loved, vintage, or one-of-a-kind. Each item is carefully inspected, authenticated, photographed, and described to accurately represent its condition.

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the item’s condition as presented.

Condition Acceptance

Customers are responsible for reviewing all photos, descriptions, and condition details prior to purchase. Customers are encouraged to contact us with any questions before completing checkout.

Completion of purchase constitutes full acceptance of the item’s condition, authenticity, and final sale status.

Order Verification and Documentation

For quality assurance and fraud prevention, Luna Beauty Luxe, LLC documents and video records the packaging process for shipped orders. This documentation may be used to verify order accuracy and condition in the event of a dispute.

Incorrect Item or Shipping Damage

If you receive an incorrect item or an item damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] and provide:

• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• A description of the issue

Failure to report within 48 hours may limit our ability to assist.

Any resolution is provided at the sole discretion of Luna Beauty Luxe, LLC and may include assistance with a shipping insurance claim when applicable.

Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to contact Luna Beauty Luxe, LLC directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Luna Beauty Luxe, LLC reserves the right to provide order records, authentication documentation, photographs, and packaging documentation to payment processors to contest disputes.
