At Luna Beauty Luxe, authenticity is non-negotiable. Every item offered has been carefully vetted to ensure it meets our standards for genuine luxury.

Our Process

Each piece undergoes a detailed authentication review prior to being listed, including professional third-party authentication services such as Entrupy and/or Check Check when applicable, in-depth inspection of materials, stitching, hardware, and construction, and experienced evaluation based on industry knowledge and resale expertise. Only items that pass our authentication standards are offered for sale. Not all items include a physical certificate of authenticity unless explicitly stated in the listing.

Certificates of Authenticity (COA)

Select items include a Certificate of Authenticity issued by a trusted third-party provider. If a COA is included, it will be noted in the listing or available upon request prior to purchase.

Condition & Transparency

All items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated and may show signs of wear consistent with prior use. We make every effort to disclose all visible condition details. Buyers are encouraged to review all photos and request additional information before purchasing.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of luxury resale and authentication, all sales are final. We do not accept returns based on condition, wear, or buyer's remorse.

Authenticity Claims

If you believe an item is not authentic, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide documentation from a recognized third-party authentication service. The item must remain unused and in the same condition as received. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
